Survey & Engineering Projects were tasked with producing a full Revit model of a plant floor within a large hospital in the north of England, the model was to include all plant, pipes and other M&E fittings.
Challenges
Works were carried out in the working plant room. The level of detail and volume of fittings within the area present a unique challenge, a full 3D scan was required to facilitate the modelling process. Identifying the pipes and services required a careful and complex identifying and recording process.
Results
A full 3D Revit model was completed of the internal plant floor, see below for our interactive model.
