Utility Verification Deliverables (Survey Category A)
To gain survey category A as part of PAS 128 observations of inspection chambers and trial pit will be used to observe the utilities. As a visual survey information shall be obtained and recorded from the physical sightings of the expose utilities. This will all be recorded on a trial pit/slit trench data sheet.
What will be Recorded?

Digital photographs are taken of the location, open excavation and utility(s) exposed and included in the final report.
